電影配樂大師John Williams首次到柏林，並首次親身指揮柏林愛樂樂團，演奏他所創作的經典電影配樂，這場音樂會確實一票難求。幸好DG把音樂會實況收錄下來，讓樂迷如身處現場一樣。剛剛在2月4日正式推出，分為三個版本，有2CD、2CD + 2 Blu-ray 和限量2000張7吋金膠。
音樂內容亦相當精彩，首先是他為1984年洛杉磯奧邥鶆撟鞯摹碠lympic Fanfare and Theme〉，電影配樂〈超人進行曲〉、〈侏羅紀公園〉、〈第三類接觸〉〈星球大戰〉、〈ET〉、〈奪寶奇兵〉、〈哈利波特〉等，全部也是街知巷聞，大家熟悉的音樂。
當然大家應該和我一樣最關心是錄音質素，可以肯定說給大家知，錄音質素非常之好，達至發燒級數，把柏林愛樂廳帶到我們面前。再以Blu-ray收看音樂會，這個畫面同樣頂級，還有看到樂團成員以不同樂器來營造出特別音效，來達至電影中的特定氣氛，看到這樣的畫面，更加​佩服John Williams，可以用交響樂團的各種樂器打造出電影中的特定音效，來營造出不同氣氛，真​正是大師級，實至名歸的電影配樂大師。最後，亦使我感受到，電影不可以沒有配樂，反而電影配樂可以沒有畫面。這是一個好聽又好聲的錄音，是各位發燒友今年必買的錄音。​我知道遲些會推出黑膠版本，我也相​當期待，未收到黑膠前，相信這套CD和藍光會成為我近日最頻繁播放的選擇。
