彭清，贵州籍歌手，艺名清清，受父亲影响，清清从小就喜欢唱歌，幼儿园起就登台演出，一直到高中都是学校的文艺尖子，高中开始在网络上发表自己演唱的歌曲，是国内第一批网络歌手中的佼佼者，其嗓音和唱功被众多网友认可和支持，录制的歌曲在排行榜首位久居不下。后来清清在网络上传自己的歌曲，被广州音乐经纪人孟庆利发现，双方经过近二年多的互相了解，终于于2006年签约。
随即，孟庆利为其量身定做了第一首原创主打歌曲《如果爱》，并于当年获得了广东第二届打工歌曲大赛银奖，自此，清清正式走入各唱片公司的视线，因清清独特而又富有磁性的声音，很多公司开始邀约清清录制发烧碟。
2006年12月，19岁上大学第一年的清清出版了第一张发烧专辑《如果爱》，不但在销量上取得了巨大的成功，还被权威发烧碟机构《发烧天碟俱乐部》评为2006年度最佳市场奖， 有了第一张的成功，制作公司又投入巨资在3个月后制作了了第二张发烧专辑《清醇》，并于2007年3月在全国发行。两张发烧碟的市场成功，奠定了清清在唱片界不容小视的地位，从一个爱唱歌的小女生一跃获得“发烧小天后”的美誉，到大学三年级时就已经发行4张专辑。
凭借《如果爱》《清醇》这两张发烧大碟创造的销售奇迹以及连续获得两届《发烧天碟最佳市场奖》抢占的至高人气，彭清深厚的歌唱实力得到了发烧音乐界同行的一致认可和大力推崇，同时也吸引了众多发行公司来寻求上门合作。
