歌手Billy Joe Thomas　1942年8月7日出生于美国的 Hugo, Oklahoma。
美国流行音乐界的大师级人物，创作过许多知名流行金曲与音乐剧作品。活跃于
上个世纪60年代中期到80年代后期的美国流行乐坛，并对乡村音乐也有很高的造
诣，曾5次获得格莱美奖 。



   它获得当年最佳电影配乐与最佳原着歌曲两座金像奖的西部电影音乐，呈现了
70年代好莱坞电影配乐轻松讨喜的通俗娱乐诉求，音乐手法混合了爵士乐，乡村
音乐与南美音乐，结构简单，气质清新平易，加上历久不坠的动听歌曲，十分讨
好大众与流行巿场。在1970年得到四周冠军，同时也是畅销百万的金唱片。
