“如果你喜欢“The Sundays”和“Mazzy Star”的韵味，Red House Painters和Grant Lee Buffalo的歌词意境，还有The Cure和Coldplay充满大气的吉他音色，你一定会爱上Trespassers William，仙乐般质感的女声独立乐队。”





以上这段美誉来自CD Baby网站对Trespassers William的概括，事实确实如此，一点都没夸张，Trespassers William是继Denali,Ilya,Racermason之后又一支低调的美国独立女声乐队。融合了Indie, Folk, Shoegaze，Dreampop等多种元素，鼓在敲打节奏上有Trip-Hop的忧郁情绪，个别曲目在结构编排上又有Post Rock的绵绵不绝的迷幻感。这样的一个女声乐队怎么不叫人爱煞呢？





2006年，Trespassers William又带来了他们第三张专辑《Having》，不同于前两张专辑偏重民谣化的取向，新专辑开始更多的融合了Shoegaze，Post Rock的风格。新专辑封套的色彩运用也突破了以往单色调的惯例，庭院中的那些星星点点小花在窗外背景高楼大厦的反衬下显得如此的清越独立。




就连配合演出做的宣传海报都极其漂亮：穿着红裙白底黄花T恤的长发女子将吉他砸开，但飞溅出来的却是无数小蝌蚪般奇异的可爱小生物，墨绿和水草绿的底色与裙子上的大红底子颜色相互映衬，有一种莫名的感伤和忧郁，而这也正是Trespassers William的音乐带给听者的情绪。



忧伤而缓慢的鼓击，女主唱Anna-Lynne平静的叙述，就这样慢慢的渗透到你的肌肤中，再缓缓进入到骨髓里，越是表面的平静吟唱越是说不出的悲伤，
如同一种隐藏在克制背后曾经巨大的痛苦，只能自己慢慢疗伤，却无法向他人启齿。
