Two decades ago the first Café del Mar compilation became a global phenomenon. It was a collective of sounds that represented something, that thus far had only been possible to experience during the iconic Ibiza sunset. It represented a new uplifting musical direction surrounding the sun, the Balearic beats. This sound has become our legacy, our fans and artists have brought it to all corners of the world. So here we are, the twentieth edition, a milestone. Dedicated to all our fans and artists around the world.
As expected the album features careful selection of the latest tracks by some of the most iconic artists in the contemporary music such as Moby, M83, Goldfrapp and Faithless.
