Blue Monster & Bikki (or just Blue Monster) was the name of a bubblegum dance project from Sweden that was aimed at children. On their official Web site, they described themselves as being "a mixture of Aqua and Sesame Street."
Blue Monster was lead by two vocalists, a large Blue Monster, and Bikki Girl (Anna-Clara Blixt Modin). The majority of Blue Monster's songs were written and produced by Adam Edelmann and written by Anna-Clara. Their songs are fast, sugary, and fun - typical bubblegum dance. In their years active, Blue Monster released a number of dance songs, their most popular/well-known probably being "Snow Monster" and "Pata Pata."
In 2010, the rare Blue Monster album was remastered and released on iTunes International. The 13-track album, which was previously only available at a very low bitrate, has been officially released by Ubetoo.com due to public demand. The new release also includes the previously unknown song "You And I." Interestingly, "You And I" replaces "Baywatch," which was dropped from the album.
