Axel Rudi Pell，1960年出生，德国人，吉他英雄。
从1981年到1988年间，与乐团Steeler的合作，在80年代中期便是一个相当成功及受欢迎的组合，而Axel从1989年展开个人solo的旅程后，却是受到更多的喝彩！Axel的音乐风格深受70年代Rainbow的影响，他可说是吉他传奇人物Ritchie Blackmore的头号大乐迷！另一位对其创作灵感也有相当贡献的，则是Yngwie Malmsteen。在乐手上，鼓手依然是Axel的老搭挡Jorg Michael (Stratovarius)，键盘手则是新加入的Ferdy Doernberg，他不仅以优异的演奏能力辅助Axel，其气氛营造的功力更为整张专辑增添许多色彩！有着传奇吉他手Axel Rudi Pell，有着Jeff Scott Soto、Rob Rock、Johnny Gioeli这样牛逼的主唱，怎能拒绝的了呢。
